Founded in 1982 by Henrique Jaimovich, Vilma Oakim, and José Moyses Kaufman, Plantel Turismo was born in Rio de Janeiro with the goal of serving professionals in the fashion world. From the very beginning, the agency stood out for its visionary planning, organizing groups for trade shows and exclusive events around the world, including Japan and the prestigious Helena Rubinstein circuit.
Plantel innovated by creating unique experiences, such as honeymoons that combine desert adventures with remote islands, or itineraries that blend skiing and diving in the same trip.
Today, Plantel maintains its essence of innovation and personalization, offering journeys that turn dreams into reality.

Henrique Jaimovich
With a degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, he began his journey in tourism in 1976 as a guide for fashion professionals. With an innovative vision, he quickly stood out by creating unique itineraries and experiences that went beyond the conventional, establishing his presence in the industry.
Fabio Franco
Passionate about Jiu-Jitsu, in which he holds a 4th-degree black belt, he has earned numerous titles. After a period in the United States, he returned to Brazil and earned a degree in Civil Aviation. In 2004, he began at Plantel as an intern and, through dedication and strategic vision, became one of the agency’s partners.
